Customers purchasing from Boost RC have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

Returned products must be:

unused and in their original, undamaged packaging;

shipped back within 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except in cases where the product is defective or was sent in error.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a full refund (including the initial shipping cost, if applicable) will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are normally processed within 5–7 business days after the returned goods are received.
