Customers purchasing from Boost RC have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2023/2673).
Returned products must be:
- unused and in their original, undamaged packaging;
- shipped back within 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except in cases where the product is defective or was sent in error.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a full refund (including the initial shipping cost, if applicable) will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are normally processed within 5–7 business days after the returned goods are received.
Some custom or made-to-order products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal — please check the product page for details.
How to request a withdrawal
Use the form below to submit your withdrawal request. You may also contact us at info@boostrc.it stating your order number and the items you wish to return.
Use this form to exercise your withdrawal right under applicable EU consumer protection law. Submitting it registers your request and we will confirm by email; it does not by itself mean the withdrawal is accepted.
Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for digital content, from the start of the download) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We verify these before confirming, so submitting a request does not by itself guarantee its acceptance.
