Shipping Information
All orders are shipped from Rome, Italy, through our logistics partner AB Logistica, using trusted couriers such as DHL, UPS, and SDA.
We usually process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Tracking information will be sent via email once the order has been shipped.
Please note that we currently ship single-parcel orders up to 3 kg. For larger or multiple parcels, additional shipping costs may apply.

All shipments include tracking.
*For shipments to Livorno and Venezia, an additional €16.00 handling fee applies due to courier surcharges. Deliveries to islands may require 1–2 extra business days.
Customs duties or import taxes, where applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Processing and Packaging
Each order includes professional packaging, quality inspection, and protective materials to ensure products arrive safely.
A small preparation fee is already included in the shipping price — there are no hidden costs at checkout.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
Returned products must be:
unused and in their original packaging,
shipped back within 14 days after notifying us.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a full refund (including the original shipping cost, if applicable) will be processed using the same payment method.
