Boost RC operates as a small business under the Italian regime forfettario (flat tax scheme). Therefore, prices are shown without VAT deduction and invoices do not include VAT.

We take great care to ensure product information and images are accurate. However, small variations in appearance or specifications may occur due to manufacturing or improvements.
All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after your order, we will inform you promptly and issue a full refund if payment has already been made.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include taxes where applicable.
Payment can be made securely via PayPal, credit card, or other available options at checkout.
Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped from Italy using trusted courier services (DHL, UPS, or postal service).
Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Italy: 1–3 business days

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • Outside Europe: up to 15 business days

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We cannot be held liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or customs procedures outside the EU.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving them, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method once the item is received and inspected.

6. Warranty and Liability

All products are tested for quality before shipping.
Boost RC shall not be held responsible for damages caused by misuse, improper installation, or modifications made by the customer.
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
